The Spirit on the Move

The Spirit of God didn’t just stay in ancient Israel; God’s Spirit was powerfully moving through the apostles and the early church. The Holy Spirit was even present in the most difficult circumstances faced by Paul and others.

Learners will get a window into the early church by learning about the lives of Paul, Cornelius, Timothy, Lydia and those who were dedicated to following Jesus and living out the gospel.

Unit Essential Questions:

  • How was the Holy Spirit on the move during the early church?

  • How is the Holy Spirit on the move today?

  • How does the Holy Spirit work through followers of Jesus?
